With a bit of organisation and Gino D’Acampo’s recipes you really can make your own in the time it would take to reheat a ready meal. There’s a 20-minute rule to the recipes, a good use of store cupboard ingredients with the addition of fresh meat and veg. Unlike many of the cookbooks that promise a good meal on the table in short order, this really does have the recipes that would do it. ~ Sue Baker
