LoveReading Says
Do you remember Dynasty and Lace, great big eventful, passionate blockbusters? Well, this is one such. An area under-published at the moment but a book for all who love Desperate Housewives or Footballers’ Wives. It’s wonderful stuff. Rich, spoilt people, a rebellious daughter who knows she can do it on her own, and a nasty evil world to confront. It’s a cracking read, glamorous, sexy and totally compulsive.
Comparison: Jilly Cooper, Jackie Collins, Louise Bagshawe.
Similar this month: None but try Annabel Dilke, Sara MacDonald.

Adored Synopsis
A deliciously sexy blockbuster of Hollywood ambition, greed and intrigue, from a stunning new voice.
To the outside world, Siena McMahon has a fairytale life. Born into a great Hollywood dynasty - granddaughter of forties movie legend Duke McMahon, daughter of billionaire producer Pete McMahon - she is blessed with beauty, brains and wealth, a proverbial princess.
But behind the wrought iron gates of the sprawling McMahon mansion in the Hollywood Hills, life is far from happy. The McMahons are bound together not by love, but by ambition, greed and intrigue. When a gold-digging English aristocrat, Caroline Berkeley, worms her way into their lives and their home, the fault lines in the feuding family are blown right open.
In an effort to protect Siena from the fall-out, her parents pack her off to an English boarding school. But Siena has a burning ambition she will not lose sight of. She is determined to become a Hollywood star in her own right, just as her grandfather once said she would be. One way or another, Siena McMahon is going to return to LA and take the City of Dreams by storm. And woe betide anyone who gets in her way...
Gliding effortlessly from the forties to the millennium, from LA to London, Paris to New York, ADORED sweeps across three generations of Hollywood's brightest stars. Deliciously escapist, glamorous and wickedly sexy, this debut novel heralds a major new talent in women's commercial fiction.

Tilly Bagshawe Press Reviews
"We may also witness the return of an old favourite: the long, escapist, mass-market female novel that hums with sex and glamour - the 1980s blockbuster with an ironic 21st-century twist. Her name may sound just too much like "Jilly", but my bet is that Tilly Bagshawe's racy and extremely long ADORED (published by Orion) will lead the field".
