Dr Ziya Uddin: Dr Ziya Uddin, Associate Prof. (Mathematics) is Head of department of Applied Sciences in the School of Engineering & technology at BML Munjal University, Gurugram, India. He completed his doctorate with major in Mathematics and minor in Computer Science from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & technology, Pantnagar, India in 2009. He has qualified various National level competitive exams in the area of Mathematical Sciences. He has been a recipient of research fellowship under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, India during his Ph.D. After his PhD, he received the postdoctoral fellowship from the French government and finished his postdoctoral work in 2012 from Université Polytechnique des Hauts-de-France. His research areas include Computational Fluid Dynamics, Soft Computing, Applied Mathematical modelling etc. He love to teach applied mathematics courses to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students.
