Die Autorin: Wu Wei, geboren 1971 in Jiangsu (China), studierte von 1993 bis 1997 Rechtswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Voelkerrecht in Beijing und Paris. Seit 1997 ist sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin der Obersten Staatsanwaltschaft Chinas. 2005 promovierte die Autorin an der Universitaet Freiburg im Breisgau. Sie ist Stipendiatin von Mumm-Martell (Paris) und des DAAD.
