Unwana Samuel Akpan is a multidisciplinary media scholar-practitioner with over two decades of broadcast experience. He lectures in the Department of Mass Communication at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and has been a visiting scholar at the Department of Communication, Culture and Media Studies (CCMS), Howard University, USA. He is also the Editor of the University of Lagos Communication Review.
