Suze Yalof Schwartz is the founder and CEO of unplug meditation (www.unplugmeditation.com). Before becoming a spiritual entrepreneur, Suze enjoyed decades as a fashion editor, director, and stylist. She has worked at Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, and Glamour, and was a regular on many morning TV shows. Suze had an aha moment in late 2012 when she wanted to learn how to meditate and couldn't find a place that fit her schedule, budget, or aesthetic. So she decided to build it herself.
