Peter Wollmann has been a manager, initiator, mentor, and facilitator in large, predominantly global transformations and strategic developments for almost 40 years. His specialties are the implementations of the Three-Pillar Model in organizations and focused setting checks to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and facilitate optimization measures. Since 2017, Peter has been working independently on organizational projects and future initiatives.
