Lailani Alcantara is a professor at the School of Management of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. She received her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Tsukuba as a Japanese government scholar. She has published journal articles and cases in the areas of international management and organization science and earned professional certificates in management and leadership from AACSB, Harvard University, and Cornell University. Her research has appeared in the Journal of International Management, Long Range Planning, and Asian Business & Management, among others.
