Kevin Gray is a Senior Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Sussex, UK. Craig N. Murphy is Research Professor at the Department of Conflict Resolution, Human Security, and Global Governance at the McCormack Graduate School, University of Massachusetts Boston. He is author of The United Nations Development Programme: A Better Way? (Cambridge University Press, 2009); (with Yates, J) (2009) The International Organization for Standardization (ISO): Global Governance through Voluntary Consensus.
