Jie-Fang Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, Shanghai University, China. Currently, he is a Professor at the Institute of Intelligent Media Technology, Communication University of Zhejiang, China. In the past, he was a professor at Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. His research interests include optics communication and Intelligent media technology.   Chien-Ming Chen. received the Ph.D. degree from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Computer Science and Technology, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Shandong, China. He has published more than 80 SCI-Indexed International journals. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE ACCESS and an Executive Editor for the International Journal of Information Computer Security. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
