Ibrahim Moukhtar received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Aswan University, Egypt. He joined the Electrical Engineering Department of the Faculty of Energy Engineering at Aswan University as a Demonstrator and an Assistant Lecturer in August 2008 and 2014, respectively. He was an Invited Researcher at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology (KIT), from 2016 to 2018. Currently, he is a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering Department at Aswan University. His research interests include electrical power systems, digital protection, and renewable energy.

Adel Z. El Dein received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees Electrical Engineering from Aswan University, and the Ph.D. degree in ElectricalEengineering from Kazan State Technical University, Kazan, Russia.
