Koustubh Kanti Ray is a Professor of Finance at the School of Management, KIIT Deemed to be University. In a career spanning more than two decades, he has served in leading national level institutions in the country - Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal; Indian Institute of Management, Raipur, and Institute for Financial Management and Research, Chennai. Dr. Ray has a passion for teaching and taught business valuation, financial engineering, merger & acquisition, and corporate finance at one or more of the above institutions. He regularly conducts management training programs for corporate and government executives in finance and related subjects.
