He holds a Doctorate in Information Systems from University of Lausanne, Switzerland; M.Sc. degree in E-commerce (major: Informatics) from University of Montreal, Canada; Management/Leadership graduate certificates from McGill University, Montreal, Canada and Bachelor in Business Informatics from University of Tunis, Tunisia. He authored multiple publications in ACM, IEEE, and Springer; and he transferred knowledge and diffused cutting edge results to research community and enterprises.
