Ottaway , Jr., Professor of Philosophy and Aesthetics at Bard College. He has published widely, including books such as Art as Language: Wittgenstein, Meaning, and Aesthetic Theory; and Meaning and Interpretation: Wittgenstein, Henry James, and Literary Knowledge.
