Erol Tutumluer is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. He specializes in transportation geotechnics, and has been active in transportation engineering and transportation geotechnics research, education, and practice for more than 23 years.
