Emma Calder was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) when she was fifteen years old and a couple of years later, she was given a dual diagnosis of CFS and Fibromyalgia. Since her diagnosis at a young age, Emma has been trying a multitude of ways to cope with her chronic illnesses. Whilst on that path, her education suffered and she had to withdraw from college early on. Five years later, her condition is worse than when she started. To help her cope, she wrote 'Off My Chest'.
