Dylan McGrath is one of Ireland's best-known chefs and the youngest Irish Michelin chef. He is the proprietor of several well-known Dublin restaurants, a brother and a dad. Dylan was a judge on MasterChef Ireland and has his own popular TV Show Dylan McGrath's Secret Service, which taught individuals from marginalised backgrounds kitchen skills and was described by the Irish Times as 'a show [that comes] from a place of enormous kindness'. His mission to help get Ireland's dads cooking comes from that same place.
