Charles Chernor Jalloh is Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. A member of the Ontario Bar, he was a Legal Counsel in the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Section, Canadian Department of Justice; Associate Legal Officer in the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda; and the Legal Advisor to the Office of the Principal Defender, Special Court for Sierra Leone, where he also served as court-appointed interim counsel to former Liberian President Charles Taylor in 2007.
