George Beahm has published over thirty books, including numerous companion-style books on notable figures including Michael Jordan, Stephen King, Patricia Cornwell, J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Philip Pullman, J.K. Rowling, and Stephenie Meyer.
A graduate of Christopher Newport University with a B.A. in English Language and Literature, Beahm is a former veteran who has served on active duty, in the National Guard, and in the Army Reserves, attaining the rank of major. Drawing on his military experience, Beahm published Straight Talk about Terrorism: Protecting Your Home and Family from Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Attacks.
He currently lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife Mary, who teaches ESL.
