Jef Verheyen - Window on Infinity reveals Verheyen's stylistic and substantive evolution, from his earliest ceramic experiments and dark contemplative spaces to his luminescent light canvases. The book contains an extensive visual essay in which Verheyen's development is depicted in dialogue with work by his contemporaries. The book has been created in collaboration with numerous partner museums in Belgium and abroad, as well as Fondazione Lucio Fontana, Archives Yves Klein and Uecker Archiv. In addition, this monograph offers a unique glimpse of the artist's archive through notebooks, photos, letters and other archive material never previously released.
