Portugal Synopsis

At the outer limits of Western Europe, with 530 miles (850 km) of Atlantic coast, Portugal has an independent spirit and an ancient and well-established culture. You can start with the territory, with landscapes ranging from endless beaches to the rugged mountains of the Serra da Estrela.
