Christian Dietz studies whether or not the regulation in Section 33h para 7 of the Competition Act prevents a shortened statutory time period for claims for compensation, such as stipulated in Section 426 (1) of the German Civil Code, in other branches of the law, such as for example building law, tax law and corporate law, and should be implemented there as well in order to enable an effective enforcement of the claim for compensation.
