Davon handelt auch die Metapher vom politischen Korper, etwa wenn von Korporationen oder ' nonstate bodies' die Rede ist, weil bei fortschreitender Transnationalisierung standig neue Rechtsordnungen emergieren. Lassen sich solche Teilrechtsordnungen unter dem Aspekt der Einheit begreifen? Die Historische Rechtsschule hat die Idee vom 'doppelten Korper' unter dem Gesichtspunkt der 'Strukturahnlichkeit' von privaten und offentlichen Verbanden, von Korporationen und Staat wieder aufgegriffen. Ihre 'Politik' bildet damit ein wichtiges Glied in einer langen Kette, die von der romischen Jurisprudenz bis zu den modernen Pluralismustheorien fuhrt.
