English summary: The 60th anniversary of the German Basic Law was celebrated at a great many conventions and conferences. Several conference volumes have now been published. This is a collection of articles which the editor of the yearbook published in three consecutive years, from JoR 57 in 2009 to JoR 59 in 2011. For this issue, Peter Haberle was able to enlist the services of prominent authors from Europe and abroad as well as former constitutional court judges and political science experts. The overall picture given in this volume could be of lasting significance, since the publication of this material in one specific volume could reach a larger readership.
German description: Das 60jahrige Jubilaum des deutschen Grundgesetzes wurde auf vielen Kongressen sowie Tagungen gefeiert. Mehrere Tagungsbande liegen mittlerweile gedruckt vor. Der hier prasentierte Band fasst die Beitrage zusammen, die der Herausgeber des Jahrbuches des offentlichen Rechts in drei Folgen im Jahrbuch JoR 57 (2009) bis JoR 59 (2011) publiziert hat. Gewonnen werden konnten prominente Autoren des In- und Auslands in Europa und Ubersee, auch ehemalige Verfassungsrichter und Reprasentanten der Politikwissenschaft. Das entstandene Gesamtbild konnte uber den Tag hinaus fur einen grosseren Leserkreis von Interesse sein.
