Lowly drug lieutenant Harold Jenks finds a murdered grad student down an alley, but instead of investigating the crime he steals the dead student's identity. Now Jenks is cruising the halls of academia as Eastern Oklahoma's newest grad student looking for some action and hoping he can stay ahead of his violent past. Across campus a Professor has a dead co-ed in his bed. Prof. Morgan is no killer but doesn't fancy persuading the authorities of that.
