The Disguise Synopsis
Daniel sawyer was fond of learning about different languages and cultures from an early age. He took a keen interest in understanding norms, customs, and traditions when his father would take him abroad once a year. He always knew that his father was involved in the wood trade and he never met his mother, as she died while giving birth to Dan. Dan’s passion for learning cultures and languages made him pursue a degree in languages at a prestigious Michigan university, where he met love of his life, Sophie. Dan couldn’t make up his mind regarding what career path he should chose. Destiny brought him an invitation at his doorstep to become a part of a highly sophisticated and surreptitious espionage programme. After the thorough and rigorous selection process and training, Dan came out to be the best spy in the US. He completed many dangerous and unbelievable missions during his career throughout the world. From Russia, China, Iraq, Iran, to Afghanistan and many more countries, every mission was fool proof and helped the US maintain her world supremacy. The key to all the missions was an invention which transformed the world of espionage and took it to a level which no one can still comprehend. The operator of the invention became one of the best friends of Dan and they made a winning team to execute every mission under the direct supervision of the Army Chief and the US president. Everything was going well, and overseas’ missions became second nature for Dan as he lived a happy life with Sophie and his kids. Dan’s family, including his dad, were unaware of his actual job, as they only knew that Dan was an army contractor. But an unforeseen event turned Dan’s life upside down. The acting Army Chief was murdered in front of Dan’s eyes and Dan was convicted of the murder. The country Dan had served all his life and the people he had protected from the external dangers were on the lookout for Dan, as he was now a fugitive. It was time to think outside the box and to protect himself and his family with the help of his best friend and a trainee who grew closer to both Dan and his friend while being their apprentice. A great conspiracy was disclosed which dated back decades. It was a great shock to Dan when he discovered that while he had been busy neutralizing external threats against the country, a deep-rooted evil had penetrated the US. He was compelled to respect and admire the professionalism of his enemies. Dan was confused and demoralised but all his past training, vows, the love for his country, and his life-long ambition to do something great for his country until his last breath and till the last drop of blood in his body, made him act stronger than ever. It was not a question of his own life or his family now, it was about the country. It was about everything he ever existed for. His motherland was under threat and he devised a clever plan and executed it to utmost perfection. The US was saved from total devastation because of the skills, collaboration, and professional expertise of Dan and his two allies. It’s happy ending as usual until I decide to write a sequel.
