This book provides research on the individual differences of hope. It reviews the role hope has in recovery and its impact on emotional health. Chapter One describes the importance of hope in peoples' personal and professional lives. Chapter Two presents hope as a major factor in predicting the resilience of families. Chapter Three attempts to explicate theoretically the impact of hope on adolescents optimal achievement and its impact on their emotional well-beings.
