Platform: Mestrich runs Amalgamated Bank and is highly regarded as an innovator. His bank works with many of the nation's leading social justice organizations and Democratic party channels. He is a regular speaker at lots of events, appears in the media regularly. Pinsky is widely known as a financial innovator and social justice strategist, who played a leading role in building the CDFI industry. He has served on influential Boards in the social justice world and finance. His writing and speaking is influential across the social justice finance world. Pinsky hosts Money+Purpose (www.moneypluspurpose.com) a blog that is underutilized but will help with the book as a supplemental channel.

Election Year: Authors plan to leverage the 2020 cycle, including a set of recommendations that they want Presidential candidates to use on the campaign trail. Keith has strong ties to the DNC and many of the likely candidates. They should be able to get plenty of access and hand them compelling talking points.

Speaking: Mestrich speaks publicly as part of his job. Pinsky expects to travel and speak as much as possible in support of this book and the campaign they envision.
