It’s jam-packed with fun, easy-to-recreate recipes, perfect for all the family. They’re slimming recipes which in my family in this lockdown era we all need now more than ever and unabashedly so. No expensive ingredients but canny replacements and clever workarounds. Just don’t forget your low cal cooking spray!

Recipes for  kid-friendly fakeaways  are amongst firm family favourites, all with a healthy twist.

Pinch of Nom was born after Featherstone and Allison embarked upon a weight loss journey  that disappointed them with a lack of tried and tested recipes. The Pinch of Nom Facebook Group was launched.

That small group sharing a few recipes blossomed into a website and with now a series of record-breaking cookbooks this publishing phenomenon is a juggernaut. All driven by their sense of community.

As they say “minimum fuss, maximum flavour”. Over 100 quick and easy recipes, we’re powering our way through them, all already have our faves. And losing a few pounds along the way. Bonus!
