An oh so readable and intriguing physiological thriller. One night Ellie Fisher unexpectedly saves a life, however her good turn turns her world inside out, and places her own life in danger. Mandasue Heller hasn’t created a twisty path with numerous surprises in store, instead she allows you to imagine a possible outcome, encourages caution, and consequently I found my senses on full alert. I could see where the story was potentially heading, the characters felt very real as their decisions occasionally caused frustration, and I wanted to shout a warning, prevent actions, hold out a cautionary hand. As time begins to run out, the pace picks up and races towards the ending. Highlighting secrets, lies and obsession, Save Me is an easy, yet interesting and satisfying read. ~ Liz Robinson
