The third in the series and they just keep getting better, one of the best of its sort for not only does it portray an interesting period, the vying for power post Alexander the Great, but it also contains vivid characters. It’s beautifully written bringing the day-to-day struggles onto a wide canvas in an interesting and relevant way. A cracking tale, action-packed, moving and truly compulsive. Highly recommended.
