Lexa Dudley is married with four sons and eight grandchildren. She has a long love of the island of Sardinia since she first visited in 1972 and has set her books on the beautiful island. Her first book, The Whispering Wind was a finalist at Next-generation Indie Book awards 2014 and National Indie Excellence Awards 2014 and Her second title, Children of the Mists was a winner at The Book Excellent Awards 2016.
