He served as Dean of Department of Air Cleaning Technology at HVAC Institute, Director of Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Air Cleaning Project at the State Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Vice Chairman of Cleaning Technology Sub-committee of China Electronics Association, Invited member of GMP Committee for Ministry of Agriculture, Member of Biosecurity Technical Sub-Committee for Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation Board, etc. He was awarded with the State Council special allowance.

He is the author or co-author of "Air Cleaning Technology Measurements", "Construction and Acceptance Check Specifications for Cleanroom", "Construction Standards for Hospital Clean Operating Department", "Construction Technical Specification for Hospital Clean Operating Department", "Construction Technical Standard for Military Hospital Clean Operating Department", as well as national stan
