Prof. Li Yun, vice president of Nanjing Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Transport, National Administration of Energy. He is also director of Joint Research Center of Water Science and Engineering (State Level). Prof. Li Yun has completed and been coordinating over 70 projects, including National Scientific Key Projects of the Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Five-Year Plan, State Eleventh Five-year Scientific and Technological Support Project, “13th Five-Year” National Key Research Program of China, National High Tech Development Plan Fund, International Cooperation Special Projects, Three Gorges Project, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Consultative Research of Large Projects, and etc. He has published over 100 reports and research articles.
