Dr. Xinfeng Yan completed his doctoral degree in Management from Donghua University, China in 2014. He has long-term working experience in international education and was selected as “Outstanding Manager in Charge of Overseas Student.” Dr. Yan is engaged in the management and research of university internationalization, cultural exchange, and university brand image communication at Donghua University. He has published more than 30 papers. He has also held four international academic conferences for overseas students and published four conference proceedings as the chief editor. He host more than ten projects funded by China National Social Science Office, China Education International Exchange Association and China Higher Education Academic Association, etc. Dr. Lihong Chen received her doctoral degree in College of Fashion and Design from Donghua University, China in 2013.
