Xianxiang Xu is a professor of economics at Sun Yat-sen University. He received his Ph.D. from Sun Yat-sen University in 2004. Qingmiao Bi is a postdoctoral researcher of economics at Sun Yat-sen University. She received her Ph.D. from Sun Yat-sen University in 2019. Her current research focuses on regulatory reform and business environment in China.
