Will W.K. Ma received his MSc and MPhil in Information Systems Management from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and his PhD in Information Technology in Education from the University of Hong Kong. He is currently the Head of Learning Commons at the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong. His research focuses on the use of information systems for communication, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. He has published papers in Computers & Education, Computers in Human Behaviour, Journal of Computer Assisted Learning, International Journal of Communications, Law, and Policy, and Information & Management. He served as a co-editor of the Journal of Communication and Education and editor of Cogent Social Sciences. He is also President of the Hong Kong Association for Educational Communications and Technology. Chan Wendy Wing Lam received her PhD from Hong Kong Baptist University. She is currently an Assistant Professor and Associate Programme Leader at the Department of Journalism
