Thomas F. Halloran was born in Boston, Massachusetts. Educated at Wheaton College in Massachuesetts and Mary Immaculate College at the University of Limerick in Ireland, Halloran is currently a PhD candidate at Louisiana State University. His research interests concern the history and development of postcolonial theory, as well as American expatriate writing from postcolonial nations. Halloran's work has previously appeared in publications such as New Voices in Irish Criticism, Antenea, and In-Between.
