Snehanshu Pal is presently working as an associate professor in the Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, West Bengal, India. He previously worked at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, India for nine years (2014-2023). He has served as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, the Pennsylvania State University. He received his PhD in metallurgical and materials engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, in 2013.
