Books By Rupert T. Pickens - Author

Rupert T. Pickens has taught at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA and the University of Kentucky, USA. He has published critical editions of Chrétien de Troyes's Conte del Graal, to which he has also devoted a book and several articles, and the troubadour poetry of Jaufre Rudel. Other books include four edited volumes of scholarly articles and a French study grammar. He has written numerous articles on other medieval subjects such as Chrétien's contemporary Marie de France, troubadour poetry, François Villon, the culture of courtliness, and the Old French epic. He lives in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.
