Valentina E. Balas is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad (Romania). She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara (Romania).
