Philip M. Podsakoff is the Hyatt and Ceci Brown Chair of Business at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He received his doctoral degree at Indiana University, and taught at The Ohio State University and Indiana University before joining the faculty at the University of Florida. Professor Podsakoff is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Academy of Management Association; past chair of the Research Methods Group of the Academy of Management; a recipient of the Academy of Management Research Methods Division's Distinguished Career Award; and a co-recipient of the SIOP William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award. He has published over 75 articles in organizational behavior, management, marketing, psychology, and MIS journals. Scott B.
