Martin Corbally is a consultant paediatric surgeon and chief of staff at the Royal Medical Services - King Hamad University Hospital, Kingdom of Bahrain. An Ainsworth scholar, he has completed training in paediatric surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York City, liver transplantation at Kings College Hospital, London and is a former senior registrar at Great Ormond St. Hospital and Our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin, Dublin. He is the professor and head of the Department of Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons - Medical University of Bahrain. He has a major interest in surgical education, global paediatric surgery and is founder and programme director of Operation Childlife - an Irish registered global charity.

Paul Losty has served as professor of paediatric surgery at Alder Hey Children's Hospital Liverpool, one of the largest Children's Hospitals in the UK and Europe. Professor Losty trained in general surgery and paediatric surgery in the major university teac
