Nadine Abou Zahr is French of Lebanese descent and has lived in France, the UAE, Switzerland, and Egypt. After spending twenty years in the field of journalism, and successfully launching and running a fashion and lifestyle magazine in the Middle East, she made a pivotal career change. Driven by her passion for helping women heal, she transitioned into the role of a specialised life coach, focusing on eating disorders. She is the mother of two boys and lives between Egypt and France.
