Dr. M. K. Salman obtained his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Technology, Iraq. He obtained his M.Sc and Ph.D. in Computer and Communication School of Engineering, from the University of Technology, and University Malaysia Perlis, respectively. He was working in the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) as Director of the Digital Society Research Center (DSRC), and also he was the project manager of E-ministry project (enterprise level). His research interests focus on wireless communication with emphasis on Mobile WiMAX networks, network deployment, and information security. Recently, he is interested in e-governance. Professor Dr. Abid Yahya began his career on an engineering path that is rare among other Researcher executives and earned his MSc and PhD degree in Wireless & Mobile systems from the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia.
