Massimo Lando is Associate Legal Officer at the International Court of Justice, The Hague. He has published widely in leading journals on issues concerning the law of the sea and international dispute settlement, including the Leiden Journal of International Law, the Journal of International Dispute Settlement and Modern Law Review. He is also a member of the Italian Society of International Law.
