Dr Manjusri Misra researches and teaches at the School of Engineering at the University of Guelph. Her current research focuses primarily on novel bio-based composite and nanocomposite materials from agricultural and forestry resources for the sustainable bio-economy and the application of nanotechnology in materials uses. She has authored more than 250 publications, including 150 peer-reviewed journal papers, 12 book chapters, and 15 US patents. Professor Jitendra Kumar Pandey is a professor in University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, India. He completed his PhD in chemistry, and his research interests include materials synthesis, characterizations and their application in energy storage, and water treatment. He has published more than 50 research articles and reviews in peer-reviewed journals.
