Lisa Gordon earned a PhD in International Relations with a specialty in International Trade from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. Dr. Gordon also received a master's degree in International Business and Foreign Languages from the Université Lumiere, Lyon 2, France.
