Kirsty Potts is a Lecturer at Exeter University Law School. She is a barrister (non-practising), mediator and writer in property and construction law. Kirsty is an examiner, national standard setter and content writer for the Bar Standards Board and the Solicitors' Qualifying Exam, as well as a member of the Property Bar Association and an assistant Land Registrar at the Land Registry.
