Dr. Kai Tang received a Ph.D. degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Western Australia in Sept. 2016 and a Ph.D. degree in Natural Resources Management from China University of Geosciences in Dec. 2016. Since Oct. 2016, Dr. Tang has been in School of Economics and Trade, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as a Professor. Dr. Tang is an Environmental and Resources Economist interested in tackling climate change, improving the quality of our environment, and enhancing the management of our natural resources. His research considers people's practices for environmental outcomes. Since 2016, Dr. Tang has published 30 peer-reviewed papers in international journals, including Agricultural Systems, Australian Journal of Agricultural and Resources Economics, Journal of Environmental Management, Land Use Policy, Energy, Applied Energy, Sustainable Development, etc., and two books.
